We are proud to introduce our company leader. Mr. Bobby Miller joined RUSSMILL in June 2015 as CEO [Exec. Dir.]. He is responsible for the overall management of the company. Mr. Miller has been given an overall mandate by the board, which they are confident he will fulfill. His vision for the company is clear: “Deliver quality products and consistent on-time professional service to our clients without compromise!”
He understands the demands that ship owners require and insist on, every day for their ships. His tenure in the maritime business dates back to 1996 when he was selected as one of the start-up employees in the early first stage of Freeport Container Port, one of the largest container transshipment ports in the region, owned by a prestigious Hong Kong group, Hutchinson Port Holdings. The value of Mr. Miller’s experience was later recognized by a local firm that then hired him as Operations Manager with responsibility for sales and inventory management. He helped to grow that firm’s sales by more than three thousand percent. Mr. Miller also brings to RUSSMILL an international scope of experience in Marketing, with particular focus in business growth and development (both offline and online), which he gained from his experience while working with a New Jersey based marketing firm for more than 6 years. He is also known for his ability to solve problems and negotiating deals, as he did as a consultant to CEO’s for more than 5 years.
